Join a market-leading Residential Development team as a Plot Conveyancer. You’ll manage your own caseload of plot sales for major national and regional housebuilders, supported by a cutting-edge case management system.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle your own portfolio of plot sales
• Work directly with clients in a fast-paced, supportive team
• Use advanced tech and streamlined processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and client management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Commercially aware, organised and calm under pressure
• Comfortable using IT systems (case management experience a plus)
