Plot Sales Conveyancer

Part-Time Plot Sales Conveyancer | Fully Remote

My client are seeking an experienced and motivated Plot Sales Solicitor to join their team on a part-time, remote basis.

This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients and has experience managing transactions involving new-build developments, off-plan purchases, and plot sales. You will play a key role in guiding buyers through the legal process from initial reservation through to legal completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential property matters, with a particular emphasis on plot sales within new build developments. Working independently while collaborating with the team, you will provide practical legal advice and maintain high levels of client care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage new build and plot sale transactions from reservation to completion.
Advise purchasers on all legal aspects of buying off-plan and newly constructed properties.
Review and prepare legal documentation, contracts and supporting paperwork.
Liaise with developers, clients, mortgage lenders and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
Deliver a professional, responsive and client-focused service at all times.

About You

Qualified Solicitor holding a current practising certificate and regulated by the SRA.
Minimum of 1-2 years' post-qualification experience within residential property.
Strong understanding of new build conveyancing and plot sale processes.
Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Location: Remote (UK)
