So you should be genuinely enthused about this area of law and you could be qualified or an experienced senior paralegal.

With your excellent interpersonal skills; effective communication at all levels and enthusiasm to look after your clients you will be the main point of contact ensuring a seamless process for your clients.

Typical duties :

• Managing your own plot sale matters and files from the point of reservation of the plot to completion of the sale, to include preparation of contract packs, completion statements, remittance advice, invoices and engrossing of deeds. Typing your own correspondence and documentation throughout.
• Ensuring deposits and completion monies are remitted to clients in the correct manner, when required.
• Attending meetings with clients where necessary and updating clients on all active matters whenever required by any method the client requires.
• Maintaining effective communication with colleagues across the Firm, as required.
• Managing files diligently and reviewing each regularly.

You can have a background in traditional residential conveyancing but you should be totally motivated by plot sales.
