About the Company:
The client is a growing commercial property law firm based in Warwick. The legal team is growing due to increased work and are looking to recruit a new build Plot Sales Paralegal.

Role Overview:
The client is recruiting a Plot Sales Paralegal to join a specialist team that acts for property developers on off-plan residential plot sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing documentation for new build plot sales
• Supporting Solicitors on the sale of off-plan residential units
• Communicating with developers, buyers' Solicitors and internal teams
• Monitoring completions and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Contributing to efficient team operations and processes
• Participating in training and development opportunities

About You:

• Law degree/degree with law conversion, 2.1 or above
• Good academic record including a robust understanding of land law
• 12 months experience working within Commercial Property or similar areas
• Teamwork

• Commercial mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
