Plot Sales Supervisor

Plot Sales Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy caseload of plot sales from instruction through to post-completion.
• Coordinate and issue legal documentation and sales packs within client deadlines.
• Handle enquiries from purchasers’ solicitors promptly and professionally.
• Ensure timely contract exchanges and efficient completions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with developer clients and other parties.
• Draft and revise legal documents with precision and adherence to compliance standards.
• Open, manage, and close client files in line with anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.
• Produce and process billing and financial documents, liaising with accounts where necessary.

Plot Sales Supervisor Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential; plot sales experience is advantageous.
• Confident managing a high-volume caseload and meeting performance targets.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A personable, client-focused approach with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
