At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced plumber to work on social housing contracts in the Salford and Manchester areas. The successful plumber will have experience working on social housing in both voids and tenanted properties.

The working hours are 8AM-4:30PM Monday - Friday with the opportunity of overtime on the weekends.

The pay rate for this role is £19.77PH CIS and this role comes with a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications and experience needed:

- NVQ level 2 or above in Plumbing
- Valid CSCS card
- Own tools
- Social housing experience
