Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join a large Housing Association in Basingstoke, you will be working in the Damp & Mould Team. This full-time role (40 hours per week) includes a company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

What You'll Do:

Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance on vacant properties.
Install and repair domestic plumbing, sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks.
Fit pipework, sundry items (taps, ball valves), and domestic appliances.
Work on heating system pipework, water mains, drainage, and unvented cylinders (if qualified).
Carry out basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, decorating, and general maintenance.What You'll Need:

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or 5+ years of experience in the trade).
Experience in occupied premises with strong customer service skills.
A health & safety-conscious mindset.
Ability to use mobile technology (iPad/PDA).
A CSCS card is desirable but not essential.You'll also benefit from
