What you'll be doing:

Carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
Diagnosing issues and completing jobs to a high standard
Working to set SLAs and KPIs
Providing clear updates to the office team and clients
Ensuring all work is logged accurately in the internal system
Prioritising tasks and managing your workload efficientlyWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Plumber (qualified or time‑served)
Strong problem‑solving skills and great attention to detail
Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
