Plumber

Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our client based in Blackburn.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated plumber with experience in commercial systems and water hygiene compliance.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems across a variety of sites.

Duties include:

* Installation, servicing, and repair of hot and cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, and associated plant

* Planned and reactive maintenance, including TMV servicing

* Water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring and Legionella compliance duties

* Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing system issues

* Ensuring all work complies with health & safety, water regulations, and building standards

* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and certification

* Liaising professionally with clients and site teams

An Enhanced DBS check is required.

About You

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Strong experience in commercial plumbing systems

* Good understanding of Legionella control and water hygiene practices

* Skilled in fault finding and remedial maintenance

* Experience working with copper and plastic pipework systems

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable (not essential):

* Gas Safe registration (domestic or commercial)

* Basic electrical knowledge

* Ability to read technical drawings/schematics

* Unvented hot water qualification
