A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumber looking for a varied reactive maintenance role across both social housing and commercial environments. You’ll be working across a mix of properties including pubs, care homes, retail sites and residential properties, dealing with day-to-day plumbing issues rather than repetitive install work. Ideal for someone who enjoys fault finding, working independently and taking ownership of jobs from first visit through to completion.

Our client is an established maintenance contractor supporting a broad portfolio of customers across London and the surrounding areas. With a consistent workload across residential and commercial properties, they are looking to strengthen their plumbing team with an experienced plumber who can provide a reliable, high-quality service across reactive works and repairs.

Your Role as a Plumber will include:
* Reactive plumbing repairs
* Replacing baths, showers, toilets and taps
* Repairing leaks and pipework
* Replacing and repairing stack pipes
* Working across social housing and commercial sites
* 1 in 4 on-call rota

The successful Plumber will have:
* Strong reactive plumbing experience
* Domestic and commercial maintenance background
* Experience repairing leaks and sanitaryware
* Confident working independently
* Basic tiling / making-good skills advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
