Resourcing Group is working with a national contractor, specialising in carrying out adaptations, operating with in privately owned homes as well as social housing/local authority proprieties. There is a mixture of properties and end clients also, offering a nice variety.

The company is based in Devon and they cover the South Devon as well as cross in to Cornwall on occasion with a bit of work stretching up to Exeter too.

This role will involve removal of existing radiators, replacement and re-positioning of pipework and installing new radiators, ripping out existing bathrooms and replacing with like for like, or carrying out adaptations and replacing with wet rooms. This will not involve any gas work . This is specifically looking for a multi skilled plumber able to join the planned works team with in the remit that is required as per the scheduled works.
