Start immediately with a respected social housing contractor and benefit from a company van, fuel card, consistent Monday to Friday hours, and the potential for up to three months of work. As a Plumber Multi, you'll carry out responsive repairs in tenanted properties, working as part of an experienced maintenance team delivering an essential service to residents.
This opportunity is with a well-established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance across social housing in the Wythenshawe area. With an initial four-week contract and the possibility of extending up to three months, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Plumber Multi looking for stable, ongoing work.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Plumber Multi, Plumber, Multi Trade Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, or Maintenance Plumber within social housing or domestic repairs.

As a Plumber Multi, you will be:

Carrying out plumbing repairs within tenanted social housing properties
Completing responsive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
Undertaking basic multi-trade repairs including minor carpentry, patch plastering or other general maintenance
Delivering high-quality customer service while working in occupied homes
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardI'd love to speak to anyone who has:

NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing
Experience working in social housing or domestic repairs
Basic skills across other trades
A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Their own hand tools

This role is based in Wythenshawe, covering local tenanted properties. The area is easily accessible via the M56, M60 and Princess Parkway, with excellent transport links across South Manchester. A company van and fuel card are provided, making travel between jobs straightforward.
