Plumber/ mechanical engineer

About the Role

Plumbing/Mechanical engineer with at least a level 2 NVQ/diploma qualification in Plumbing/Mechanical, Annual salary of up to 38k which will be determined by their skill level and adaptability to the role. The role is 12 hour shifts that include night and day work. The Site are looking for someone with some good experience in the industry and some experience in healthcare would be ideal if possible.
PAYE rate advertised £22- £23.66 Umbrella/CIS 7-7 shift time

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out plumbing and mechanical maintenance and repair works

Responding to reactive and planned maintenance tasks

*

Ensuring all works are completed in compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Working within a live healthcare environment, maintaining high standards of workmanship

*

Liaising with site management and other trades as required

Requirements

*

Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering

*

Good level of industry experience in plumbing/mechanical works

*

Healthcare experience preferred (hospital, FM, or similar environments)

*

Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts

*

Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

*

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
