We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Plumber to join our Housing Repairs Team in Charnwood. You will play a key role in maintaining council-owned properties by delivering effective reactive maintenance services for tenants.

About the Role

As part of our repairs team, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works in council tenanted properties. You will ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, providing excellent service to residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance in council homes.

* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs effectively.

* Ensuring all work meets health and safety requirements and quality standards.

* Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants.

* Maintaining accurate records of completed works.

* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the repairs service.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Has strong plumbing skills and practical experience.

* Holds a recognised plumbing qualification or can demonstrate significant relevant experience.
