Plumber - Multi-Skilled

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing association looking for a skilled and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Plumber. This is a hands-on, resident-facing role where your work directly improves people's homes and lives.
??? Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance
• Diagnose and treat damp & mould issues effectively
• Undertake associated multi-trade tasks (e.g. patch plastering, basic carpentry, tiling)
• Ensure safe working practices across all tasks
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication with residents
• Collaborate with other trades and supervisory staff

? Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Domestic maintenance or social housing experience
• Knowledge of damp & mould causes and treatment
• Skilled in additional trades (desirable)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
