£19.50 per hour Umbrella – 12-week temporary period
Temp to Perm – Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks

We’re looking for an experienced Plumber to join a social housing repairs and maintenance team in Liverpool.

The role will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract after the initial 12-week temporary period.

The Role:

* Plumbing repairs and maintenance

* Reactive repairs within social housing properties

* General domestic plumbing works

* Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues

* Working directly with tenants and completing jobs to a high standard

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing

* Previous repairs and maintenance experience

* Social housing experience desirable

* Full UK driving licence – clean licence desirable, maximum 6 points

* Reliable and professional

* Able to start immediately

Package:

* £19.50 per hour Umbrella for the first 12 weeks

* Permanent salary: £31,533

* Company van provided

* Fuel card provided

* Genuine temp-to-perm opportunity
