We're recruiting an experienced Plumber to join an established team working on social housing maintenance contracts across SE London.

Responsibilities:

*

Carrying out plumbing maintenance and repairs in domestic properties

*

Diagnosing and repairing leaks, plumbing faults and heating issues

*

Servicing and repairing radiators, pumps and motorised valves

*

Carrying out power flushing on heating systems

*

Completing work to a high standard and within required timescales

*

Maintaining accurate job records and following health and safety procedures

Requirements:

*

City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent

*

Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Willingness to travel across SE London
