We are recruiting for skilled plumbers to join the Repairs and Maintenance Team in Croydon. Responsibilities: Conduct repairs on various building services, including minor plumbing works, fault detection, and leak repairs. As well as undertaking other minor works such as patch plastering, tiling, Remedial Carpentry, Painting & decorating, etc. Utilise handheld devices for task management. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Requirements: Hold a relevant City and Guilds qualification or equivalent in plumbing. Possess strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
