Plumber/Multi trade plumber

Multi Skilled Maintenance Plumber (with Drivers License)
Monday to Friday, 37hrs
Covering Bolton
£23 - £25per hour PAYE (no cis/ltd)
Vehicle will be provided & all power tools provided. 
 
To carry out all aspects of multi skilled plumbing work relating to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, including responsive and planned repairs, empty homes reinstatement, disrepair, damp and capital investment on council homes and public buildings and any other buildings managed by the Council. 
 
In addition, carry out the agreed skills defined in multi skilling agreement to provide the best quality of service delivery and customer care in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
