MUST HAVE'S

* Experience in plumbing, heating, or builders merchant environment

* Good product knowledge within plumbing & heating

* Strong customer service skills

* Ability to handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries

* Accurate order processing and quotation skills

* Reliable and professional attitude

NICE TO HAVE'S

* Previous sales experience in trade supplies

* Knowledge of supplier liaison for pricing and product info

* Experience in stock preparation or goods loading/unloading

* Team-oriented approach and willingness to support colleagues

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with plumbing & heating customers

* Providing product advice, quotations, and processing customer orders

* Promoting complementary products and increasing sales opportunities

* Handling trade counter transactions and supporting loading/unloading goods

* Ensuring a professional, friendly service at all times

* Assisting with branch operations and supporting colleagues during busy periods

* Monitoring competitor activity and supporting branch sales initiatives
