Plumbing & Heating Merchants/Contractors Sales Manager - UK/Ireland

Global Water Solutions (GWS) are recruiting for a Plumbing & Heating Merchants/Contractors Sales Manager, to join our committed sales team with a focus on our Thermal Vessels, Water Treatment and Smart Taps range of products.

GWS is one of the world’s leading Thermal Vessel, Water Treatment and Smart Tap product manufacturers. Since our foundation GWS has been focused on improving people’s lives, by supplying technologies and products to provide clean water worldwide and easing access to it.

We are looking for a team player and results-driven professional with specific experience gaining sales amongst Plumbing & Heating Merchants and Contractors.

Having strong business ethics and with a solid proven record of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction, you will relish taking a hands-on approach and be open to extensive UK and Irish travel.

The positionwill report directly to the UK General Manager.

Your responsibilities :

• Sales Management of our Thermal Vessel range of products to include for brands such as ThermoWave/HeatWave/HydroGuar, Purefer for Water Filtration, One Stop Plus for Limescale Reduction, AquaWave for Reverse Osmosis and Quatreau for our Smart Tap range.


• Analysis of the market, competitors and data relating to consumer habits and needsin the Thermal Vessel, Water Treatment and Smart Tap Industries.


• Planning of approaches to gaining sales of our Thermal Vessel, Water Treatment and Smart Tap products.


• Regular updating/reporting to the UK General Manager.
  

Your Attributes :

• University/College Degree/Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or related fields.


• Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience in similar roles, with special focus on the UK/Irish market and Pressure Vessel, Water Treatment, Smart Tap channels to market.


• Technical knowledge of Pressure Vessels, Water Treatment and Smart Tap products is considered an advantage.


• Communicative and creative with excellent negotiation skills.


• Problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and customer focused approach.


• Analytical approach with a knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
