Plumbing Assistant

Looking to recruit a Plumbing Assistant to join a leading Maintenance contractor based in Windsor

This role will suit somebody who already has Plumbing skills and demonstrable experience that looking to further their career in a unique environment.

Responsibilities:

• You will work alongside a Plumber assisting with installations, diagnosing problems/faults/leaks, testing, repair and maintenance of pipes, fixtures and other water and plumbing systems.
• Work on a prestigious estate across various residential and commercial buildings carrying out fabric maintenance, responsive and planned plumbing repairs.
• Assist in identifying hazards, defects and repairs working within health and safety regulations at all times

This is a permanent role offering between £27,000 - £30,000 + great benefits

Requirements:

• Plumbing and maintenance knowledge/ experience
• You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence
• Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.
