Job Title:Plumbing Lecturer
Salary: £28,168-£42,000 per annum
Location: Wiltshire College, Trowbridge

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a full-time Plumbing Lecturer to join a leading further education provider's Construction and Engineering department. You'll be working alongside a passionate team of educators, helping to train the next generation of plumbers and heating engineers in a supportive and progressive environment.

Every July, you'll receive a £5,500 one-off payment as part of your employment package.

This role is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional looking to take the next step in their career or for those ready to pass on their experience in a classroom and workshop setting. Full support and training will be provided to help you thrive in this role.

• Deliver engaging lessons and practical sessions in plumbing and heating installation.

• Support learners through their qualifications and apprenticeships.

• Develop lesson plans and learning materials in line with curriculum standards.

• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support individual development.

• Maintain workshop and classroom safety and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with curriculum teams to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement.

• Essential: Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing or City & Guilds Advanced Craft in Plumbing.

• Previous teaching or assessing experience is a bonus but not essential - training will be provided.

• £5,500 one-off payment every July.
