We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Plumbing Lecturer to join our client's team. This role offers the opportunity to teach students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 2, and to play a crucial role in the expansion and development of the department. With your valuable industry experience, you will help inspire the next generation of skilled experts and support individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.

• Teach plumbing courses to students at Level 1 and Level 2.
• Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the plumbing department.
• Deliver high-quality education and ensure all students receive the support they need to succeed.
• Play a key role in promoting the plumbing courses, participating in marketing events, and sharing your industry experiences.
• Engage with students effectively, using your excellent communication skills to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate and efficient administration related to student records and course management.

• Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups.
• Efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
• Passion for education and the development of skills in others.
