Due to continued growth and increasing apprentice numbers, they are now hiring a Plumbing Lecturer.

In this role, you'll deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to Plumbing apprentices, combining your industry knowledge with your understanding of apprenticeship standards to help learners achieve their full potential.

You'll be part of a supportive team, working in modern facilities with access to excellent CPD and fully funded qualifications if needed.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with Plumbing experience and a track record of working with apprentices - whether as a Lecturer, Assessor, Skills Coach, or in another educational capacity - who wants to make a lasting difference while being well-rewarded and supported.

The Role:

• Delivering engaging training sessions to Plumbing apprentices
• Supporting learners on apprenticeship programmes
• Covering both theory and hands-on practical elements
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Candidate:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Industry experience in Plumbing
• Knowledge of apprenticeships (Lecturer, Assessor, Coach, etc.)
