In this role, you'll deliver a mix of practical and classroom-based sessions to learners working towards their Plumbing qualifications. Full teacher training and formal teaching qualifications will be provided, so no previous teaching experience is necessary.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and have hands-on industry experience, whether from domestic plumbing, site work, or commercial installations.

Whether you're a qualified Plumber, Gas Engineer, or Maintenance Technician with plumbing experience, this role would suit a skilled tradesperson looking for a meaningful career change, where you can make a difference, gain new qualifications, and enjoy long-term stability and professional growth.

The Role:

• Full Teacher Training Provided
• Delivering both practical and theoretical plumbing training
• Supporting and mentoring learners from various backgrounds
• 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

The Person:

• Hands-on experience in Plumbing (domestic or commercial)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
• No teaching or lecturing experience required - full training offered
