Property Manager – Prime Residential Portfolio (Mayfair, London)
Up to £40,000 | Full-Time | Hybrid & Field-Based
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our London team and oversee a prime residential portfolio in Mayfair. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Residential Property Manager who thrives in client-facing roles and enjoys managing high-end homes with care and precision.

What you’ll do as a Property Manager:

Oversee a portfolio of prime residential properties in Mayfair and Central London
Support both private clients and rental landlords with tailored service delivery
Carry out inspections, organise maintenance, and liaise with contractors
Manage compliance, records, and financial aspects with accuracy
Provide a discreet, professional service to high-net-worth individuals

What we’re looking for in a Residential Property Manager:

Previous experience as a Property Manager or Residential Property Manager
Strong organisational and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Experience in luxury property or private households is a plus
