PMO Analyst Assistant

Amour Recruitment is recruiting for a PMO Analyst Assistant to join our wonderful client’s team on a 14-month maternity cover contract, supporting the successful delivery of projects across their portfolio based on the outskirts of Portsmouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an understanding of PMO principles who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll provide essential support to their PMO Analysts and Senior PMO Analysts, helping to ensure that governance, reporting, and quality standards are consistently applied across the project portfolio.

Duties include:

* Produce standard PMO reports, including financial and portfolio KPI reporting.

* Assist in creating portfolio reporting packs for stakeholders.

* Provide administrative support for portfolio boards and governance meetings, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.

* Ensure project documentation complies with document management standards.

* Maintain project libraries, filing systems, and reporting repositories.

* Provide ad hoc support to the PMO team and wider Delivery & Operations and Managed Services teams as required.

Personal requirements:

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project ae essential

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

* Logical and analytical, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (Hybrid with 1 day a week in the office)

Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 depending on relevant experience
