PMO Support Analyst

Reed Technology is proud to be partnering with a prestigious telecom network provider based in Edinburgh, currently seeking to expand their team with the addition of a PMO Support Analyst.

This is a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), operating on a hybrid working model (2–3 days per week in the office).

You will support the PMO in the successfully delivery of IT and telecom projects by managing service orders, maintaining accurate documentation, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring accurate data tracking across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all IT service orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry and updates into the internal CRM and supplier portals.
• Keep all key stakeholders updated regularly throughout the delivery process.
• Monitor supplier portals and maintain proactive communication to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and change requests in line with PMO governance.
• Work with the IT Project Manager / Coordinator to maintain regular progress reporting and support closure activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in a project support / IT Service delivery role within IT or telecoms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and IT project tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
