Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Recalls Team) | Remote Working💷 £13.40 per hour
📍 Fully Remote (occasional office visits for training and team days)
🕘 Monday to Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
📅 Immediate Start | Temporary assignment until October

Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries in both Polish and English

Providing clear and accurate information regarding product recalls

Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data

Responding to emails and correspondence professionally

Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently

What We're Looking For:✅ Fluent spoken and written Polish and English
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Good IT and administrative skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✅ Professional and positive attitude

Additional Information:
Fully remote role with occasional visits to the Basildon office for training and team events

Equipment provided (laptop, headset and other necessary items) which must be collected from the office before starting

Immediate start available

Assignment expected to run until October
