Position: Polisher
Hourly Rate: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7am - 4pm, Friday: 7am - 1pm
Job Overview
We are currently looking for a skilled Polisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing and finishing silver products to an exceptional standard. This role involves working at a lathe, using various polishing tools and techniques to ensure the highest quality finish.
Key Duties
" Operate polishing machines and hand tools to finish silver pieces to a premium standard.
" Inspect and verify the quality of finished products, ensuring they meet strict specifications.
" Maintain a tidy and safe working environment at all times.
" Communicate and work closely with other team members to maximise efficiency and product quality.
" Support other areas of the factory with general tasks when needed.
Skills & Experience Required
" Proven experience in polishing, specifically with silver, to an extremely high standard.
" Skilled in using hand tools and polishing equipment.
" Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
" Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
