TeacherActive is proud to be working with a home tuition provider supporting students in the Shipston-on-Stour area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide personalised learning in a one-to-one setting, helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

The provider is looking to appoint a Politics and History Tutor from September on a flexible basis. The successful Politics and History Tutor will plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons, monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each learner while maintaining high standards of safeguarding and professional practice.

The successful Politics and History Tutor will have:

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE or relevant tutoring/teaching qualification is desirable
• Experience teaching Politics and History within the UK curriculum
• Experience delivering high-quality one-to-one tuition
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
