• Develop new PVC polymer formulations, ensuring compliance with market and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with manufacturing, design, and R&D teams to drive innovation.
• Enhance existing formulations to meet environmental and market demands.
• Assess new raw materials for performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Oversee polymer mixing and advanced ink formulation projects.
• Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and testing protocols.

• 2–3+ years’ experience in polymer development (plastics, chemicals, or related sectors).
• Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of polymers, plastisols, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven problem-solving and innovation skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior chemists.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Local candidates with a driving licence preferred due to site location.
