This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing marketing team in the heart of Liverpool City Centre in our vibrant head office. We are looking for a Portal Marketing Executive, responsible for advertising our large buy to let property listing portfolio on well-known UK property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla!

RWinvest are a leading UK buy to let investment property company recent crowned Best Real Estate Agency in the UK, specialising in off plan properties. Our diverse in-house marketing team promotes these investment opportunities through the latest digital channels.

The selected candidate will advertise a large UK property listing portfolio across several digital portals. Our properties are advertised to investors on the likes of Zoopla and Rightmove, which act as key lead generators for our sales teams. You will be responsible for listing new properties in line with our constantly evolving availabilities, ensuring all properties are listed correctly with engaging content and utilising various portal features on offer to generate the most enquiries from our property listings.

Main Duties Include:

·        Marketing coordination and maintenance of a large property listing portfolio in excess of 1,000 units across all online portals such as Zoopla, Rightmove and OnTheMarket

·        Take over and evolve a comprehensive portal marketing strategy

·        Ensuring RWinvest properties are visible on every portal

·        Creating engaging listing content including text, images and videos to get investors to click on our listings

·        Hitting weekly lead generation targets and constantly striving to find new ways to increase enquiries

·        Content creation for a range of stunning property investments

·        Management of various portal ads to drive clicks and conversion rates

·        Performing tests to enhance listing advertisements

·        Making full use of all features on offer across the property portals

·        Growing RWinvest’s presence across all portals and conducting competitor analysis

·        Admin tasks such as keeping complex portal spreadsheets up to date with property availability

·        Sourcing new portals to advertise on to drive new growth

What We are Looking For:

·        Qualified to degree level, Marketing, English or Similar (essential)

·        1 year experience working in marketing or a relevant role with transferable skills (desirable)

·        Experience using portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla or similar (desirable)

·        Good written English and experience writing content for advertising and marketing purposes (desirable)

·        Highly organised and capable of managing different strategies across various portals, using complex spreadsheets and systems (essential)

·        Excellent administration skills (essential)

·        Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft systems, including Excel (essential)

·        Strategic thinker

·        Hard-working with a positive attitude

·        Innovative in approach and always bringing new ideas to the table

·        Great communication and teamwork skills

·        Enjoys a fast-paced and collaborative working environment

·        Drive to achieve goals and targets
