Day Porter - Earl's Court / Kensington Olympia
Location: Earl's Court / Kensington Olympia
Salary: £28,000-£31,500 per annum
Hours: 42 per week

• Thursday: 12pm - 6pm

• Friday-Sunday: 6am - 6pm

We're looking for a Weekend Day Porter to join a traditional, well-kept residential building in the Earl's Court / Kensington Olympia area.

This role suits someone reliable, professional, and confident working independently - someone who takes pride in keeping a development running smoothly and delivering excellent service to a small, welcoming community of residents.

• Welcome residents and guests with professionalism

• Oversee building access and site security

• Assist with deliveries, parcels, and resident enquiries

• Keep communal areas clean and presentable (including bin duties)

• Liaise with contractors and service providers

• Handle on-site issues or emergencies calmly and efficiently

• Previous experience as a residential porter or similar role

• Reliable, punctual, and self-sufficient

• Confident managing responsibilities independently
