We are only seeking candidates with Great portfolio management experience and intimate knowledge of systematic strategies to partner with on our expanding growth which is at a phenomenal rate . We are seeking for Digital Assets Portfolio Managers who have an outstanding academic and professional track record, with hands on experience running systematic, statistically-driven, scalable trading strategies. The Digital Assets Portfolio Manager candidates should have experience with all aspects of the research process including methodology selection, data collection and analysis, testing, prototyping, backtesting, and performance monitoring. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial assets on behalf of the firm.

Job Qualifications

Category 1: Crypto Spot & Futures (High-Frequency / High-Turnover)

Requirements

• Execution style: Taker > 50%
• Monthly turnover ≥ 30x (30x notional traded per month)
• Sharpe Ratio > 1.0 (live or tightly monitored live proxy)
• Instruments: Crypto Spot and/or Perpetual Futures
• Maximum drawdown ≤ 8%
• Fully systematic and scalable strategy

Preferred

• Exchange-native execution expertise
• Robust latency-aware execution logic
• Proven performance across varying volatility regimes

Category 2: Crypto Options (Volatility / Relative Value / Systematic)

Requirements

• Instruments: Crypto Options only
• Maximum drawdown ≤ 5%
• Clearly defined volatility, Greeks, and tail-risk framework
• Systematic or rules-based discretionary strategies considered
• Demonstrated stress performance during high-volatility events

Preferred

• Experience trading BTC and/or ETH options
• Strong risk controls around gamma, vega, and liquidity shocks

Requirements

• Live, verifiable track record (exchange or broker statements)
• Institutional-grade risk management and reporting
• Ability to operate under SMA transparency requirements
• Operational readiness for external capital
