🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

🔍 Portfolio & Asset Management

Develop and execute strategies that maximise the performance and value of a diverse BTR portfolio.

Lead on rent reviews, dynamic pricing, and revenue optimisation to achieve financial targets.

📊 Financial Performance & Analysis

Own budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes for each asset.

Deliver insightful reporting to stakeholders, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Use advanced Excel and financial modelling to visualise performance and guide strategy.

🤝 Investor Relations

Serve as the main point of contact for investors, delivering performance updates and recommendations.

Align asset-level decisions with broader investment objectives and present compelling capital expenditure proposals.

📈 Market Intelligence

Conduct detailed market research to benchmark performance and identify competitive opportunities.

Adapt strategies to reflect economic trends, demand shifts, and resident behaviours.

⚖️ Risk & Compliance

Ensure assets remain compliant with relevant regulations and proactively address potential risks to performance.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with leasing, marketing, operations, and external partners to align on portfolio strategies and enhance the delivery of value.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in asset or portfolio management, ideally within residential property, real estate investment, or Build to Rent.

Strong financial acumen, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Advanced Excel capability (modelling, dashboards, and data visualisation).

Strategic thinker with the confidence to present ideas and influence senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, self-starter mindset with high attention to detail.

Strong commercial judgement with a focus on delivering results.
