* Starting salary £24,479 per annum

* Overtime available weekly, current staff are increasing their salary by £5,000 per year.

The Role

As part of our rail workforce, you will support our Possession Management Contract in the West Country and Southwest covering from Swindon to Penzance. Working alongside experienced rail professionals, you will gain industry recognised qualifications and develop the skills needed for a successful long-term career in rail.

What We're Looking For

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

* Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence (must be over 21 with 2 years on your Driving License, clean license).

* Desire to build a long-term career within the rail sector
