This rewarding role involves supporting young adults aged 16-19 with a range of complex learning needs, helping them access education, build independence and prepare for life beyond school.The RoleAs a Post-16 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students engage in learning both in the classroom and the wider community. You will encourage independence, support communication and social development, and help students work towards their individual outcomes.You may support students with:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties Communication and interaction needs Social, emotional and behavioural needs Personal care and independence skills Employability and life skills programmesWe Are Looking For Someone Who:
