TeacherActive is proud to be working with a good Post 16 college in Northampton, who are looking to appoint an English Lecturer. The college provides a positive learning environment where students are supported to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence.

The college is looking to take on an English Lecturer with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, starting ASAP. The successful English Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to Post 16 students, supporting their progress and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

The successful English Lecturer will have:

• A relevant teaching qualification
• A relevant English qualification or subject specialism
• Experience teaching English within a Further Education, Post 16 or similar setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach
