We are looking for someone to join one of our established clients, a Technology services business as part of their Post Sales Support team.
As Post Sales Support you will be working closely with the Service Managers and Engineers to ensure a smooth delivery and installation of products from initial order through to set up. You will be responsible for project managing the logistics of each order, ensuring that the delivery schedule is met, that engineers are onsite to set up equipment and software is correctly installed and running smoothly for your clients.
Day to day, the role of Post Sales Support will be responsible for:
Project Managing the process from Order through to Installation
Coordinating the smooth delivery of Equipment through the various channels
Coordinating the team ensure everything happens in a timely manner
Keeping clients up to date through the process
Visiting clients across the UK to ensure smooth installations and transitions
Have a strong understanding of available Products, Kit and Software
To be considered for the role of Post Sales Support you will need to demonstrate the following experience:
Have experience within the POD (Print On Demand) or Print Production industry
Experience within Pre or Post Sales Support roles
Keen attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple projects
Be calm and logical, a natural problem solver
Experience demonstrating products or Software is a bonus but not essential
If successful you can expect a salary of up to £50,000, dependant on your experience.
