Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with Nancealverne School, to recruit a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their Upper School team, supporting learners aged 14 and over.

Nancealverne School is part of the Special Partnership Trust and provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children and young people aged 3 to 19 with a wide range of complex needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator-whether from a mainstream or specialist background-who is committed to delivering high-quality, student-centred education.

Requirements:

• Experience teaching students aged 14 and above
• A sound understanding of SEN practices
• A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for working with young people
• High aspirations for all learners, with a drive to help them reach their full potential
