Power BI Developer- Sal £up to £85k (doe) + Bens - South West London - Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)

centralised data platform, connecting all regions worldwide, and a crucial
element of this initiative is Power BI data visualisation.

As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing,
maintaining, and optimizing reports and data models using Microsoft Power BI.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to visualise group-wide performance and
progress data, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of an expanding number of
schools and business intelligence requirements.
This is a hybrid role, requiring two days a week at their Wimbledon office.

Power BI Developer day to day responsibilities:
Design and maintain reports and data models in Power BI.
Clearly define and understand data requirements.
Identify data sources and collaborate with the internal Data and Analytics
team.
Create data models within Power BI for efficient data retrieval and
performance.
Design business intelligence reports and dashboards using wireframes.
Document KPIs and reports.
Ensure QA and UAT procedures are followed.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Certification in Power BI is highly advantageous.
4+ years of experience in developing Power BI reports.
Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and Tabular Editor.
Experience in data modelling and transformation.
Familiarity with CICD .
Expertise in setting data standards for business intelligence.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience collaborating with senior business leaders to translate
requirements into data solutions.
Understanding of SQL/database management.
Exposure to Databricks is a must.
