We are EATON!\n\nWe\u0027re now looking for a number of Power Distribution Engineers to join our growing team.\n\nAre you a skilled and safety-conscious electrical engineer with a passion for medium voltage (MV) systems? Eaton is seeking a number of EMEA Power Distribution Lead Engineers to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality installation and maintenance services across EMEA.\n\nIn this role, you\u2019ll be the face of Eaton for our customers leading installation projects and oversee 3rd party providers , supporting fellow engineers, and ensuring our MV equipment operates at peak performance. If you thrive in a hands-on, customer-facing environment and have a strong technical background, we want to hear from you.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Lead installation and perform maintenance \u0026 commissioning, \n * Testing and fault finding of Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment\n * Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution\n * Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence\n * Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering \n\u2022 Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning\n * Must be able to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations\n * Ability to perform protection relay programming\n * Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail\n * Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution\n * Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others\n * Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region\n\n\n\n#LI-KK1 \n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
