About the Role

As the Power Platform Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a pivotal role that will allow you to showcase your expertise in software development, management, and administration of business-critical applications.

You will work closely with the Power Platform Lead Developer and cross-functional teams to capture user requirements, design robust solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your technical subject matter expertise will be invaluable in addressing complex business needs and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical subject matter expertise to address business requirements
• Lead the solution design process and assist in influencing other team members and stakeholders
• Implement changes to delivery and support service functions to enhance productivity and performance
• Maintain best practices for Power Platform administration and monitoring
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure secure and stable system integrations

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Power Platform applications
• Expertise in configuring and using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents
• Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 application configuration and deployment
• Experience with iterative software development and ALM practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert
• Experience in managing or mentoring a team is desirable
