Job DescriptionPower Systems Engineer - UK RenewablesJD Ross are partnered with an established international renewable energy producer who operate within the Solar, Wind and Storage sectors.The business are looking for an experienced Power Systems Engineer to join their Development team and help them to deliver their pipeline of 450MW's of Solar this year.The successful candidate will work alongside the development team to help identify grid capacity across the UK's grid networks (transmission and distribution).Responsibilities:Identifying capacity across the UK grid networks.Grid feasibility studiesG99 forms / applicationsliaise with the DNO's and ESO's and perform connection surgeries.Review grid connection offersRequirements:At least 2 years’ experience within a Power Systems Engineering role.Strong technical knowledge of the renewable energy sectorStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels within the business in an open and transparent manner.Package:£70,000Travel expenses paidBupa healthcareMental health support (via external parties)An individual training budgetPower Systems Engineer - UK Renewables
