Part-Time PPA Teacher – Primary School (Bethnal Green)
Start Date: January (or earlier)
Days: 3 days per week
Year Groups: Year 1 – Year 4

A welcoming and diverse primary school in the Bethnal Green area is seeking a confident and adaptable Part-Time PPA Teacher to join their team from January (an earlier start can be arranged for the right candidate). This role is offered through our agency as we support the school in finding the ideal educator.

About the Role

You will be providing PPA cover across Years 1 to 4, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that maintain consistency in learning. This position requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple classes and adapting to different teaching styles and environments.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2 (Years 1–4)

Planning and resourcing lessons where required

*

Maintaining strong behaviour management across varied year groups

*

Collaborating with staff to ensure continuity and progression of learning

Requirements

*

Ideally 2–3 years of teaching experience within a primary setting

*

Strong behaviour management and classroom control

*

Ability to plan engaging lessons and adapt quickly to different classes

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
