We are looking for a PPC & SEO Account Executive to join our clients growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketer who thrives on improving performance, uncovering opportunities, and staying ahead in the ever evolving world of search.

Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you'll take ownership of day-to-day PPC and SEO activity, helping to drive visibility, traffic and conversions across Google, Bing and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

PPC Management

✅ Build, launch and optimise campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, OpenAI Ads and Amazon Advertising

✅ Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy and manage bids, budgets and campaign performance

✅ Monitor account performance daily, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation

✅ Run A/B testing across audiences, ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates

✅ Maintain account health, including quality scores, tracking, feeds, automations and ad compliance

✅ Analyse campaign data and provide recommendations to maximise ROI

✅ Manage advertising budgets effectively to deliver strong value for money

SEO & Organic Search

🔍 Conduct keyword research, mapping and content gap analysis

🔍 Optimise website content and landing pages to improve rankings, traffic and conversions

🔍 Create and brief engaging content including blogs, FAQs and search-focused resources

🔍 Support technical and on-site SEO improvements

🔍 Contribute to link-building strategies aligned with industry best practice

🔍 Monitor search trends and stay ahead of developments in AI-powered search and evolving customer behaviour

Reporting & Analysis

📊 Produce insightful reports using Google Analytics 4 and platform data

📊 Translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations

📊 Support stakeholder reporting and performance reviews

📊 Act as the day-to-day technical contact for PPC and SEO activity

🌟 What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

✔ Minimum 12 months hands-on PPC and/or SEO experience

✔ Experience managing campaigns within Google Ads

✔ Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, content optimisation and link-building

✔ Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data

✔ Experience using Google Analytics 4

✔ Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

✔ A commercial mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

✔ A genuine interest in the future of search and AI technologies
