PPC and SEO Specialist

Reed Marketing & Creative are proudly partnered with a fast-growing online healthcare brand, who are looking for a SEO & Paid Ads Executive to join their high-performing marketing team.

SEO:

• Lead the full SEO strategy using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
• Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimisation
• Collaborate with content teams to improve search performance
• Monitor SEO metrics and stay ahead of algorithm updates

Paid Advertising:

• Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
• Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
• Research audiences and trends to develop high-performing campaigns
• Work with design/content teams to produce compelling ad assets
• Manage budgets to maximise ROAS and conversions
• Report on key metrics including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions

• 2–3 years’ experience in SEO and paid advertising (ideally in e-commerce or digital health)
• Proven success with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of keyword intent, funnel strategy, and conversion tracking
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and keyword planners
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and experience in healthcare or wellness sectors

• Competitive salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
• Full-time, on-site role in the heart of Nottingham (Monday to Friday)
