Job Description - PPC Manager

Role: PPC Manager – Castleford

Salary: up to £45K per annum

WorkingHours: Monday – Wednesday 8:30-5 office based. Thursday - Friday working from home. 4pm finish Friday.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working exclusively with a family run business who provide high quality, premium market leading products.

General overview:

We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious PPC Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximising sales and profitability by optimising the online presentation of our products, driving clicks to our website (Shopify) via paid channels such as Google, Bing and Meta – with a keen focus on Google Ads.

With support from the team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are showcased in the best way in order to maximise CPCs and CVR.

It is important to have a keen focus on mixed campaign types to maximise Spend Budget / Clicks / Efficiency (ROAS) and Revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to our customer personas, ensuring alignment with overall e-commerce goals.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (with a priority focus on Google Ads)
  • Monitor and optimise performance to maximise ROI and achieve brand-specific objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad assets for campaigns across different platforms.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Produce detailed reports on campaign performance and provide brand-specific insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative strategies for all brands.

Core Competencies

  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist with experience of managing ads across Google, Bing and Social.
  • Experience of working with Shopify or within an Ecommerce focussed business would be ideal.
  • Experience of working within an agency setting.
  • Experience of working within a product based company.
  • Experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus.
